If you want to work for McK, apply now. If you already did, and it didn't work out, time to give up on McK.
No way you'll transfer laterally from Accenture (or BCG or Bain, for that matter). |

Thanks for the feedback, I just got my offer from Accenture so there would't be enough time for me to apply and get an offer from Mckinsey before my Accenture offer expires/start date. That is why I was thinking of applying in a couple of years so it doesn't seem like I jumped ship too early yadyadayada......if at that time Mckinsey doesn't give me what I want, then I will just have to bounce to Accenture's competitor for more money...Deloitte Consulting lol...

PS, I have seen several posts on here where people are asking questions about how to prepare for their interview as an EM....I know it's gonna be tough but I will at least try...hopefully the worse case scenario would end up being me having to decide on an Associate offer from the firm and not a flat out rejection.
