I was told that about 50% of Mckinsey hires are experienced hires up to the EM level and then it gets difficult. Is that not true? |

Accenture has the same up or out policy as Mckinsey so I would be slated to get promoted to senior manager in 2 years or less (1 level beneath the Senior Executive/Partner level at Accenture) since I got credit for additional work experience. So basically I would be a senior manager when I apply to Mckinsey.
