If you get in to HBS, they will want you to go. My guess is that they will not be too concerned about your conversations with other schools. I would say, if you want to go there, don't pass up the opportunity out of some sense of guilt.
In fact, as an aside, I know of someone who showed up at HBS for the first two weeks, and then bailed and went to Stanford, which started later as he had also accepted his offer there. Not exactly ideal behaviour, but it happens.

employee1597: I'm sure that the news of the unethical guy who went to Stanford became a headline news amongst HBS community. I am also sure he will be shut out of opportunities when his former classmates at HBS are in the recruiting side??not just after his MBA but throughout his career.
