my guess is that the 8% would strongly correspond to BAs on DTA path. And with JA role not a possibility in the US, unless the OP is willing to start back as BA, he would need an MBA. |

Mck associate principal that interviewed me had BS from Wharton and some years in 1st tier ibank. He was truly engaging and impressive person.
I still agree that MBA from top school would be an excellent investment.
