Dear McNolad, 222222222222, and other McKinsey consultants in Russia,
I was wondering how many people are working in the Firm's Russian practice at this point. There are different numbers that I've read in your profiles ranging from 50 to 100 consultants. So how big is your office today? Does the total number of consultants include everybody (incl. directors, principals, EMs, associates, analysts, etc.)?
Does the Firm currently have any clients in the Eastern Siberia and the Russian Far East?

Guys,
I am negotiating with a foreign bank in Moscow for a manager level position. I may join either their trade finance or consumer banking group. I am currently a management consultant in the US at a consultant level. Could somebody give me a rough idea about how much a senior analyst or a manager in banking would make in Moscow? After tax consultant salaries at top consulting firms in Moscow would be also useful as a starting point...
