Message: Fair enough. Thanks for the offer. Just had a couple of questions regarding the London McK office and recruitment procedures. Here goes: a) How would you best describe the work and culture in the London office? b) What does McK mostly look out for in the Graduate application stage. You said that most BAs dont have significant work experience, but are there any types of internships that are preferred ie IBs? Also, is there a higher weightage placed on any one section of the CV than the other eg academics, professional experience etc or is it very much looked at as a whole. c) Are candidates encouraged to express a strong interest in any particular sector or just make a general application for consulting in any field in the cover letter, or does this not matter? If it doesnt, at which stage is this brought up? d) Also any idea how many undergraduates are employed/ interviewed by McK London? I seem to get the impression that a postgrad qualification is very much an advantage...is this true? Once again thanks for the help!
