Hey, congratulations!
Here's my $.02 of unsolicited advice on how to most enjoy your time at the Firm: Find a group of people that you enjoy working with, and try to work with those folks. Though we all work for McKinsey, there are many different styles. What some folks like would drive other people crazy. Figure out what you like, and then find the people who you fit with well. Hopefully, those folks do the kind of work that excites you. |

Thanks again for that last piece of advice. And to answer APD_05's question no I actually didn't pick the Boston office. When I first made my vault screen name I thought sure that that's where I wanted to go but as I got through the process I decided I wanted to be in a bigger office and had already done the Boston thing for long enough. It ended up coming down to a choice between the Atlanta office and the NJ office with Houston and Stamford in the background. I decided to go with the NJ office for a variety of reasons.
