I would appreciate if you could shed some light on what percentage of MBA hires eventually make it to the partner level and what percentage leave (whether voluntarily or involuntarily).
Does McKinsey have a strict up or out policy. If so, what fraction make it to each level
& in how many years do they need to do that.
