I have been working in industry for 2 1/2 yrs. since undergrand and am wanting to get into strategy consulting at McKinsey. Any suggestions on getting in? What is the best way to get my resume looked at?

The best way to get your resume looked at is to make it, run it by many consultants and listen to what they have to say.
If you know any McKinsey-ites (present or alumni) all the better. Informational interviews are also a good way to better understand what they are looking for and what you have to offer.
My advice is to talk to the office you want to apply first, get a feel for the culture and then apply.
