Thanks Vermando, it does sound like a great route for someone like myself...looking for a role that uses technology as a means to an end (i.e. to support the business goals), as opposed to straight technology slams.
Can anyone comment on the Toronto office, for example, what is the culture like, is there significant travel or is the customer base primarily local, etc...
Also, for a professional with 8 years industry experience, Masters in IT, ITIL Foundations Certified, and PMP Certified, what level should I be coming in at, and corresponding salary expectation?
My experience is customer facing in service delivery, service management, optimization, and strong transition management.

Don't know much about Toronto, but the people there seem very nice, even for Canadians.
I think there is a fair amount of travel, but not sure and that is true of any office.
You would enter as an Associate, I imagine. Most of the Project Manager stuff will carry little weight, it's more what you have done with it that counts.
Give them a call, see what happens. Good luck.
