I am working on a compensation paper, what are some starting salaries for Entry Level Consultants? Consultants with 2- 3 years experience?
If you do not feel comfortable sharing what your starting salary was/is, could you please specify a range?

I have two more questions:
1. Are there any pay differences between APD and MBA for the same associate position?
2. Are McK salaries negotiable? Have you heard anyone negotiate for salaries and bonuses?
