My impression was that you should apply as soon as possible. For example, if you finish your PhD this summer, you could have applied in September-October and got interviewed in November/December. But there are people in States interviewing for international McKinsey offices right now. So I guess they are still recruiting. Anyway, call HR in Moscow (their phone number is on the website) and ask.
As for number of vacancies, I was told there is no quota - as long as you are outstanding and clear the "bar." I hope associates working in Moscow will see your post and give you a better answer. |

As for number of vacancies, my question was formulated incorrectly, sorry.
I meant the average number of new associates (APD, non MBA) starting each year in Moscow office (2-3 or 9-10?).
and one more question..
Do all interviews in all rounds proceed in English? Even in case the interviewer is also native Russian?
