i dont know what position exactly you are applying for, em or below: 90 k doesnt sound bad to me at all.
health insurance isnt all that expensive, either. since your employer will cover half of the fees, with a private insurance you shouldnt pay no more that MAX. 150-200 euros a month. that covers everything you would ever need.
there are several companies that offer quite different packages, go for a smaller one, they are usually cheaper with same value.

In my understanding, even if you have to pay everything yourself you can get top private insurance for EUR 5K per year (supposing it is same level as in the Netherlands)
