I have two friends that got offers with McK, and both received the call with the offer the night of the interviews. My final round was Thhursday, and today is Monday. Should I safely assume I'm not getting an offer? Does McK usually do immediate offers and wait several days before dings? |

I had my 2nd round interviews on Wednesday and have not heard anything yet. I was told we would know by today.
Based on my performance on one of the interviews, a ding is likely. I have heard of people though that have gotten good news 4-5 days post-interview (2nd and 3rd rounds).
