I am working on a compensation paper, what are some starting salaries for Entry Level Consultants? Consultants with 2- 3 years experience?
If you do not feel comfortable sharing what your starting salary was/is, could you please specify a range?

analysts(post undergrad) - 50k
entry level (post-MBA, PhD, etc) - 115k
Bonus can range anywhere between 10 - 30% depending on performance. I would expect "average" YE bonus for a 1st yr associated to be anywhere between 15 - 20%.
