Hi:
Question to the mckinsey BAs out there: In your office, what is the eligibility requirement for McK to grant a sponsorship for an MBA?
I'm a 2nd year BA, just got into a bizschool (H S W tier). however, I was told that I needed two 'tracking plus'es in order to be eligible (i was tracking last december), and as such HR recommended if i'm serious about mckinsey, i should try to defer HBS and stay another year to get my tracking pluses(no comment). When i told a friend of mine from another office this, he was stunned, and had never heard of such a thing. I'm just trying to benchmark what are other offices' policies.
