Hey KLE,
I'm actually a senior in Wharton working for McK next yr.
Don't worry, the summer BA is at McK is probably the toughest summer job to get, even from penn. I know plenty of juniors who have like.. 3.8+ and in M&T who didn't get interviews. its just a really really selective process and I'm not really sure what theyre' looking for.
I'm sure you'll get an interview for full-time, though, so don't fret. I didn't get an interview for the summer either, and my quatlifications were pretty similar to yours.
As for the other firms, their summer positions are a little easier to get really because they offer more positions and interview more people.
Good luck with the rest of OCR, and don't worry about McK. Full-time is MUCH easier.
