I have finally set my start date as a BA to September 06.
I am looking for some tips in order to prepare for my first assignments. In particular, is there any specific business knowledge or Excel competency that could give me an advantage?
Please suggest books or other resources.

My friend works at McK in Sydney, Australia. She said that exceptional knowledge in SAP was required for her role. I'm not sur eif this is the same case as in Europe, but maybe ask around?
Also, if it's not too much trouble, would you mind if I have a look at your cover letter? I'm really stuck for examples, but have written why I'd like to work for McK so far.
