Does McKinsey administer a drug screen on its new hires/employees? If you care, I am trying to get drug testing info on "best of breed" companies in a variety of industries. I am not a user trying to get a job at "The Firm."

I did not have any of that info in my new hire paperwork. When I worked in banking it was specifically stated in your offer letter that you had to pass a drug screening. McKinsey did not have that as a condition of employment. Now it may be that once I start they can ask, as it is employment at will, but I don't think they will beforehand
