I think they'd be leery of hiring someone whose EMBA was being paid for by their current employer, because it could be seen as poaching. But it sounds like you're doing it on your own, so there's certainly no harm in applying. Depending on the school, you may even be able to get into the same recruiting process as the full-timers (though you're way late for this year's cycle).

Paying for it on my own so no issues there...
Is the interview process the same regardless of experience and background?
And since getting into the full-timers interview process is not an option now - what??s the best way to apply - Web, other?
