If you're interviewing for a job knowing that you're in the midst of family planning and may well go on maternity leave in the coming year, what are the considerations? If you're confident that you're looking to stay in a new position for the long-term and don't want to raise red flags to the interviewer, is it deceptive not to wear wedding rings that might signal that you may be shortly starting a family?
