I recommend you to get Cosentino's "Case in Point" (http://www.casequestions.com/bookstore.htm).
Apart from reading this book, the only advice I can give you is go in with a good attitude, have fun solving the case and always keep a smile. You'll get the interviewer on your side and you'll be cracking the case together instead of you being pounded on.
The feedback I got when I received my offer is that they felt that I really enjoy solving these problems and they loved my positive upbeat attitude even when I was completely stuck on a case.
