hi...
wondering if anybody can provide me with some feedback/info/ideas...
I applied to the German McK office. I've been living in North America for the past decade and almost all of my experience (2 degrees and 5 years work) is from here. Accordingly, my resume is NA style. Also, in Germany companies issue you a letter after exiting which is required for G applications but this is not common practice in NA as we have this whole "references available upon request" thing...
Since the application procedures for German companies is very different than for jobs in NA I was wondering if anybody knew how McK would look at my NA style application to the German office?
I should mention that I applied to the German office following a McK campus event at my university.
also, if anybody has been in a similar position, i.e. applying to a different country but not being able to supply all the customary application materials, could you please tell me what else you have provided to strengthen your case...
