Hi everyone,
I unfortunately got dinged after the second round of interviews for a BA position during the recruiting season.
McKinsey was my first choice and I am really considering trying to join as an associate after a few years at another consulting firm (will an MBA be needed since I already have an advanced degree? that I don't know neither).
I have two offers so far in hand: analyst positions at LEK Consulting and ZS Associates. I think the former would gave me more of a "pure strategy" experience (growth strategies, M&A, ...) while the latter would gave me more exposure to one particular industry (pharma for what matters).
As you guess, I am asking for some help from the ones in the know. If you have any thought on the offers, I would really appreciate to hear them.
FYI, the packages are really similar and the offers are for the same city.
Thank you very much! |

Congrats on your 3 offers!!!
Something small to add about ZS is their willingness to sponsor relevant university courses. However, since you already have an advanced degree, you probably don't value that too much.
But in general, I like ZS' general stance on education - they were definitely very "pro" learning. I'm sure LEK and Bomber have similar outlooks on education, but I can't really comment.
Curious - was the offer with ZS' TO office? And was the position a BA or O.R. Analyst?
