PSDC is one part of the Ops practice. I am refering to the position wherein one comes in as an Associate in Ops practice and gets exposure across all 5 functions(and beyond). While he/she might have spike in one or two based on past experiences, the Firm encourages a more well rounded exposure (as any generalist Assosciate with the Firm will have). However, over a period of time the Ops Associate will move towards specialising in one of the 5 Ops fuctions. |

With that said mfgman, do you know anything else about PSDC? The stuff out there in the public domain is limited, and I'm trying to get a sense of how (and to what extent) PSDC people differ from generalists.
