Latest thing I heard for Paris (6 months ago, so you may adjust by +3-5 %, maybe) is:
- Base salary at 38-40 kEUR
- Bonus at 7kEUR garanteed first year (pro-rata temporis)
- Raise by 5 - 8 % on year 2, with a bonus of 7 - 12 kEUR (depending on perf.)
This excluded the +12% on the severance plan.
Standard MBA sponsorship is to pay for all tuition fees + most of the books for classes (I simplify a bit).
I also confirm that :
- BCG (and Bain) pays more, by about 5kEUR (AFAIK)
- most (at least 75% over the last 2 years) of the BAs who got accepted in a MBA got sponsored. It is not mentioned in the contract.
