For those who followed a late November discussion, I finally decided to join McKinsey as a BA over BCG.
I was offered a pretty low salary of 40kEURO base + up to 7kEURO bonus, no signing bonus. Can anyone share their European offers ?
I have seen in this board that US BAs get 55k$ + up to 8k$. |

hey i got an offer from one of the asia offices and my package is almost the same. i understand how you feel. it's much lower than what i expected. but again, as what most people would say, this experience is certainly unbeatable..and you will earn more later =)
