Was the process multiple rounds with each round another case?
How long was the process from 1st round to offer?
I am going for a very specific area of Ops, something that I believe McK is trying to build up and does not have much experience in currently. I'm just trying to get a feel for preparation similar to and different from the standard MBA Strategy process. |

Since I interviewed for the generalist associate position within Ops - pls use my inputs accordingly:
1. 2 rounds - 1st round (2interviews), 2nd round (4 interviews)
2. Not much time between the 1st, 2nd round and offer - very quick turnaround. I guess that is partly influenced by the recruiting calendar of the Firm at my B school
3. Your prep should by and large be similar to that of a standard MBA student - cases + fit.
