If that's true, the conditions have changed.
IIRC, a few years back, Euro BA's got a flat amount that was in the order of one year of salary. U.S. BA's got the tution, regardless of what it was (might have had an upper limit).
Both were loans, of course, to be forgiven after 3 years back

I guess it depends on the office. In London They give the tuition + a living allowance for two year MBA programmes.
Loans are forgiven after 2 years.
