What I would do to find out what they are looking for is start from their web page. Start from the four main things: problem solving, achieving, leadership, and personal impact. You can find them by searching on the McK site with "what we look for" or something like that.
Also, in this board, you will see other messages that will help. There are recent ones on Resume/CV.

Well, I recived my offer for BA last month. However, its difficult to have a single formula for the resume. People who got offers alongwith me had totally different resumes. One thing in common would be that all resumes tend to have a spike in atleast two of the four desired traits: problem solving, achieving, leadership, and personal impact. I can tell u more about my experience if ur interested.
