If do interview McKinsey, remember that professionalism and ethics is extremely highly placed. If you give interviewers the wrong impression about ??who you know??, or if they have any doubts about your ethics, you??ll get dinged right away. Also, as far as I know, there is no recommendation letter submission during the application process.
PS. I??m just lowly McK offeree so take my advice accordingly.

Of course I would never "tout" such a thing.
It is interesting that they place such "high" ethics expectations during the interview process.
I am sure the Partners in the company are "completely ethical" when it comes to who they know in regard to gaining contracts and other situtations.
