For those who followed a late November discussion, I finally decided to join McKinsey as a BA over BCG.
I was offered a pretty low salary of 40kEURO base + up to 7kEURO bonus, no signing bonus. Can anyone share their European offers ?
I have seen in this board that US BAs get 55k$ + up to 8k$. |

That's in line with the salaries I know of for BAs in Benelux (and maybe Germany,) if you include the car. In line also for Iberia.
It's a little low (by, say 5 - 7 k EUR total) for a Frech offer, and definitely low (by about 10k EUR) for the UK.
(All this based on a very small sample + guestimates).
