For those who followed a late November discussion, I finally decided to join McKinsey as a BA over BCG.
I was offered a pretty low salary of 40kEURO base + up to 7kEURO bonus, no signing bonus. Can anyone share their European offers ?
I have seen in this board that US BAs get 55k$ + up to 8k$. |

Just wanted to remind you that you'll have tremendous earning potential after 4 years (possibly 3 years with 1 year European MBA) of fun : )
Also, I think it'll be hard to calculate the long term value of your experience as McKinsey BA. You are really in a super select group amongst your peers.
