I dont get this additional award stuff - this is an additional 30% on top of base pay and bonus? WOW!
Secondly how different is this recruitment to Assoc. Proncipal different at firms like bcg, bain etc.?

1) yes ; but the extra 30 percent is only for partners; associate principals get half.
2) Never worked ther; cannot give you information, but I suspect it is not very different at BCG, BAIN, etc.
