Hi, is it true that Mckinsey rarely hires outside candidates for their partner track? I have strong exp in the strategy side of things (7+ yrs post MBA with F20 company) and looking to see if I would be attractive to Mckinsey.
Secondly, what sort of ranges in terms of pay and bonus can I expect at these levels.
I am going to toss my resume into the ring this week...your inputs will help as well. Thanks in advance! |

An experienced Firm member/alum can better answer your question but I've also read that McKinsey doesn't like to hire too many experienced applicants.
