..good to know that JAs are on track to become associates (and not expected to go for an MBA) in most countries (I guess France would be an exception on this).
Just that JA seems such an undefined position, with not much info available on it anywhere - even the welcome package I recieved is rather sketchy on the exact roles of JA. Anyways, thanks for the clarifications! |

Adam911, thanks for the excellent thread. I am on the same boat as you (starting in a couple of months as JA in a European ofice) and I am really confused as to what the hell I will be doing as well as my career path. Seem to be getting different answers from everybody I ask.
