I applied for the APD position in mid-december. Spoke with a (US Midwest) recruiter as a followup and she informed me that they are reviewing my application.
Well, it's now been a month - so I called her again. She still says they are interested and reviewing the application! What does this mean? Are they waiting to evaluate the rest of the applicant pool before inviting me for an interiew? Has anyone had their application review for this long?
