In Reply To: Just to clarify on _Stan_'s message earlier. A Junior associate in the UK is not the equivalent of a BA. BAs are undergrad students, and they typically leave and go to B-school after 2 years. A small % go straight to associate JAs in the UK DO NOT get offers for b-school. They are on track to become associates within 6 - 18 months.
Message: ..good to know that JAs are on track to become associates (and not expected to go for an MBA) in most countries (I guess France would be an exception on this). Just that JA seems such an undefined position, with not much info available on it anywhere - even the welcome package I recieved is rather sketchy on the exact roles of JA. Anyways, thanks for the clarifications!
