Just to clarify on _Stan_'s message earlier. A Junior associate in the UK is not the equivalent of a BA.
BAs are undergrad students, and they typically leave and go to B-school after 2 years. A small % go straight to associate
JAs in the UK DO NOT get offers for b-school. They are on track to become associates within 6 - 18 months.
