If it is for a specific position at a specific company, you don't need the "Objective" line.
Indicate the position in your cover letter.
Look around on Vault, you will find enough tips for resume writing.

I am studying engineering, and even though I am applying for mgt consulting positions, the core of my work experience is engineering-related - now, obviously, I will leave all the details in the "work experience" section, but in the technical skills section, should I keep my "OrCAD pspice and schematics" type details? I mean, it's obviously something that will have no relation to a mgt consulting job, but besides those types of technical skills, that section of my resume just becomes "microsoft office" and the like (which any person remotely considering mgt consulting would know...). Just not sure what I should take off or leave on there.
