Hi HBS,
Would you consider Kellogg a better option than Stanford? Traditional thinking puts H/S/W in a different league than K...
I am in at K in their 1 year program (huge saving vs. a 2 year) and am wondering if its worth considering Stanford instead...

My unsolicited two cents, based on anecdotal conversations with students from both schools and some corporate recruiters: (I did not go to either school.)
Both are top schools and will create tremendous opportunities for you.
Kellogg is more likely to create traditional MBA opportunities (e.g., general management or marketing in F500).
Stanford provides easy access to opportunities in the valley (i.e., tech based): entrepreneurship, VC.
So I don??t know what you mean by ??traditional thinking,?? but K is more like H&W than S. This may give you an idea of where the schools?? alumni are and possibly explain why McKinsey hires relatively more from Kellogg.
If you know what you want to do over the long term, you may wish to talk to alumni from both schools and see which program might help you more.
Finally, please don??t let McKinsey??s recruiting stats guide your pick.
