TCO, try to pick out top 10 schools from the list below. I know that most likely my top 10 will be different from top 10 list picked out by many of the McK message board posters. However, I will bet that top 5 and top 15 school list among the board posters will be very similar.
WRT "sunk cost fallacy when hidden"--one of my cases during the 1st round had this component. In my opinion, this concept can be little bit of bump for APDs with no training in business/accounting. But once understood, it becomes intuitive.

The top ten is just 1 through 10, no? (Now if you want to argue that we could come up with different lists, fine...but what's magic about 15 then?)
BTW: I'm glad that you recognize the sunk cost fallacy. The point was not about you...or about it being a tricky concept inherently...but about MBAs/consultants getting tripped up with it. And I have seen this happen also in my WORKING experience inside and outside the Firm.
