I run an an ideas and strategy consultancy which concentrates on brand and marketing here in Australia and recently one of our biotech clients suggested our pitch was more suited to the US market. I had in mind
concentrating on Boston/New York and San Francisco/LA as prime markets but wondered is it better to partner or just set an office up over there.
We had in mind doing a reconnaisance trip but would want to have had establised meaningful dialogue with partners and perhaps with interested clients prior to this. We believe our positioning and offer is quite different in this space.
