Something has got to give at the upr/ibm connection. IBM support staff wants to do less and less at their level and wants manpower employees to more at their level for at least 1/3 to 1/2 half (if not more) the pay scale. this is simply ridiculous. There needs to be some serious questioning of labor requirements and duties of manpower employees at huron campus. (we won't even delve into the poverty level wages at this moment). Both manpower and ibm enjoyed large profits for fiscal 2005 but there is no money for the poor souls and single parents who toil in dirty, loud, dusty environments for next to nothing.
