I'm thinking about getting into the Human Resources field. I get along well with others. I'm also really organized, almost to the extreme.
Can some HR professionals give me the low-down about the lifestyle. What are some of the positives and negatives?
I'm thinking of goind dot com. Afterall, that's were it's at!

I'm in the Marines and have been doing Human Resource for the past 3 years. Just like you I"m trying to find some information an the field. I know military is totally different from civilian HR but any amount of information will be helpful.
