Is it true that McKinsey and Bain have opened offices in Tel Aviv? or are they serving Israeli clients out of London?
Anyone know anything more?

I can vouch for the fact that both McKinsey and Monitor have offices up and running in Israel. McKinsey have only recently shown up and seem to be looking to move in with VC-like interests whereas Monitor have had a small office established there for a while... (don't know about Bain).....
