Can anyone recommend some boutique consulting firms? Also, some insight on Lek consulting and sca consulting will be appreciated.

I've posted this before, but I had four fantastic years at Telesis, a BCG spinoff in Providence, RI. The firm specializes in general strategy, with particular strengths in telecom and manufacturing. It is owned by Towers Perrin, but has little affiliation in terms of day-to-day work.
The people at Telesis are really unique, smart, and interesitng. Providence is also a great town for young people -- great pay vs. cost of living, interesting new loft spaces, proximity to NY and Boston, and easy beach access (for sun worshipers and sailors).
