I have a phone interview set up for next week with L.E.K. and am wondering if anyone knows what I should expect.
Also, I am deep into interviews with another company and anticipate an offer in the next couple of weeks. However, if L.E.K. is an option, I would have to seriously consider declining (I am already employed so I have the luxury of holding out for the best opp)...can anyone give me an idea of what the L.E.K. interview process is like...how long it would take to progress through the whole thing, what their hiring situation is currently like.
Last, what kind of salary could someone with an advanced degree in life sciences and a couple of years business development exp. expect...ballpark figures are fine but it would be nice to know a range if I receive an offer from another company.
