Hello,
I graduated from a top University in 2001. Since then I have worked, rather frustratingly, in a very non-consulting industry. After much research I have firmly decided that consulting is what I want to do. At this point, two years out of under-grad, is graduate school my only way into this industry? If so, I face the problem of applying to B-schools with a non-consulting resume, as well as only two years of work excperience in a non-related field. Would firms consider a resume such as mine for entry-level associate positions, or have I already been "tainted" by another industry (marketing)? Can anyone offer advise on my situation? Thanks!
