Kurt Salmon is one firm specializing primarily in consumer goods and retail.
Also, any of the major firms, e.g., McKinsey have retail practices.
You would come in as a junior player, not all that different from someone just out of undergrad school. That is in particular true at a firm like McKinsey.
If you really want to do retail / consumer, I think you will get more value out of being at a McKinsey / Bain / BCG, maybe Booz, than at a firm like Kurt Salmon, as your corp fin / analytic backgroubd will be utilized and valued more heavily. On the other hand, it will be harder to get into these firms.
